Waitlist privacy.
This notice covers the email waitlist on Plato’s website.
What we collect
When you join, we save your email address, signup time, and a record of your agreement to receive launch updates. We use this information to let you know about Plato’s launch and availability.
Where it goes
The website and signup form run on Vercel. Waitlist emails are stored in a private Supabase database and are accessible to Plato’s operators, not other visitors. These providers process information to operate the website and database.
Keeping spam out
Our signup service uses a protected hash derived from your network address to limit repeated requests. The waitlist database does not store your raw network address. Rate-limit counters expire hourly or daily and are deleted when the next valid signup is processed. Hosting providers may separately process request information to operate and secure their services.
Your choice
Joining is optional. We keep your email for launch updates until you ask us to remove it or the waitlist is no longer needed. To leave the list, request deletion, or ask a privacy question, email plato@harbisongroup.com.
