Season the sweet potatoes

Heat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line an 18 × 13-inch rimmed baking sheet with parchment. Toss the potato cubes with 1½ tbsp oil, 1 tsp cumin, all the paprika and ½ tsp salt. Spread in one uncrowded layer.
